Marlyn Yvonne Henslee

Marlyn Yvonne Henslee, daughter of Don W. Adamson and Macie Marie (Weaver) Adamson, was born Sep. 15, 1940, in Mountain Grove. She passed away at 7:08 a.m. Thursday, Sep. 17, 2026, at the age of 86, with her loving family around her. Marlyn worked as a seamstress for many years at Mac-O-Mo Casket Company and H.D. Lee.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Carl; and one brother Donnie Adamson. Survivors include her children, Debbie and Danny McKinley, Utah; and Steve and Holli Henslee, Marshfield; five grandchildren, Michelle Henslee, Daniel and Britteny Henslee, Titus and Melissa McKinley, Drew Henslee, and Carlyn Henslee; four great-grandchildren, Brock Henslee, Parker Henslee, Sophie McKinley and Aubrie McKinley; one brother, Keith and Joyce Adamson, Mansfield; and two sisters, Kathy Allen, Grapevine, Texas, and Evelyn Baker, Mansfield; a sister-in-law Darlene Adamson, Mountain Grove; and many other relatives and friends. Marlyn accepted Jesus as her savior at a young age and always let her faith lead her. She loved to spend time in her yard and grow beautiful flowers. She enjoyed quilting, traveling, and adventures too. She also loved spending time with her kids, grandkids and great grandkids. Family was an important part of her life, and she was a perfect example of what a good and loving mother and grandmother should be.  Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Sep. 26, 2026, in Fraker Funeral Home, Inc., Marshfield. Interment will follow in the Marshfield Cemetery. Visitation will be from Noon until service time Saturday in the funeral home.
