Juliana May Hays

Juliana May Hays, known to many as Julie or Mamaw, went to be with our Lord Oct. 1, 2025. Born on July 17,1941, to Harry Burleigh and Ella Annie Bryant Sibley.
Proceeding her in death include her parents, Harry and Ella; her sisters, Elizabeth Stoddard, Madaline Smith, Flossie Moreau, Rosaline Stoddard, Fern Stoddard; brother, Harry Sibley; and husband, Nelson Lynn Hays. Juliana and Nelson (Lynnie) were united in marriage May 7, 1981. Julianna is survived by her children, Guy Ellingwood, Kathy Erwin and husband, John, Melissa Cantrell and husband, Tim, Carrie Bowers and husband, Jeff, Walter (Mike) MacDonald and wife, Dana, Amy Gayer and husband, James; and her granddaughter she legally adopted that she claimed as her own, Kayla Jenkins, and her husband, Lee. Along with 16 grandchildren, Guy (little Eddie) Katlynn, Kimberlee, Julie, Kayla, Hillary, Paige, Anthony, Gracie, Garrett, Sean, Casie, Cheyenne, Nathan, Jakilyn and Kristen. Juliana was blessed with 32 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Juliana gave her heart back to the Lord 12 days before her passing and what a remarkable change she had! Julie wanted to let everyone know she loved them. Her stories, her hugs and her "Love Ya's" will truly be missed. No services are planned per her request.
