Bethany Caudill makes a third Opry performance

Very few area country and Christian singers can say they perform at the Grand Ole Opry on an annual basis.
Mountain Grove’s Bethany Caudill feels blessed to be such a performer.
She made the journey to Nashville, Tenn. and sang on the famed Grand Ole Opry stage back on Sunday, June 7 as part of the 44th Annual  Sunday Mornin’ Country event.
Caudill has now performed at the event for three years in a row as she was a part of a 90-person chorale who sang back-up to several major artists.
This year, she was able to get photos taken with some of the artists. One photo was taken with Dianne Sherrill, a 79-year-old known for her time on Hee Haw.
She also snapped a photo with Aubrey Nicole, who was a finalist on The Voice.
Another photo was taken with Cowboy Joe Babcock, who started the chorale back in 1980.
He is now 94-years-old and is also known for his time on Hee Haw.
A couple of others included shots with John Berry and Leon Everette.
For the second time, Caudill had a photo taken of her while on the famous Opry circle on stage. This was one was urged by a member of Th Tennessee River Boys.
“It was awesome,” she said about her experience, with a big smile.
Back on June 5, Caudill went to the Hilltop Recording Studio and recorded a country song she wrote called, “You Were There.”
She has five other country songs recorded that she put words and music to.
Those songs are also on a CD and vinyl record.
