There were several winners in the Santa 5K Run and Walk held during Winterfest on Saturday, Dec. 4. When it comes to runners, Tanner Trettin was first place overall with a time of 15:42. Jack MacPherson took second (17:27) and Kenta Taylor was third (18:03). The top three winners for walkers were Jennifer Mitchell in first place (18:57), Denver Mitchell in second (18:58) and Kassidy Bushong placed third (21:21).
As for the age categories for either runner or walk, the best times went to:
13 and Under: Brayden Curtis (18:04, male) and Lily Shaner (22:24, female)
14-19: Jack MacPherson (17:27, male) and Gracie Anderson (22:30, female)
20-29: Tanner Trettin (15:42, male) and Kassidy Bushong (21:21, female)
30-39: Denver Mitchell (18:58, male) and Jennifer Mitchell (18:57, female)
40-49: Rebecca Spinner (21:54, female…no male finisher in age group)
50-59: Jean Reed (22:26, female, no male finisher in age group.)
60 and Over: Frank Cotley (23:10, male) and Cynthia MacPherson (female, 34)
