Only thing holding the Mountain Grove Panthers football players back during the recent SCA All-Conference list is that players can typically be chosen for only one side of the ball.
In spite of that obstacle, Mountain Grove took up several of the awards given to players for their performance during this past season.
First-team honors went to Hollen Glenn (WR), Jace Dowden (TE), Hunter Means (OL), Gaven Moore (DL), Bryce Stenzel (DB) and Brendan Rogers (P).
Mountain Grove players with second-team honors included Tyson Elliott (QB), Dallas Lee (OL), Jakob Norman (DL) and Rogers (LB).
Honorable mention honors were awarded to offensive players Isiah Hellbusch, Carson Allen, Drew Vaughan and Hoyt Mathews.
On the defensive side of the ball, Gus MacPherson earned honorable mention honors.
