Robert Lee Newberry, son of the late Henry and Violet Lois (Hicks) Newberry, was born July 18, 1945, in Mountain Grove, and passed away Nov. 12, 2020 at his home at 75 years of age. Besides his parents, Robert was preceded in death by one brother, Ray Newberry; by one sister, Kate Proctor; one niece, Andie; and one great-nephew. He is survived by his wife of their home, Sherri (Ratterree) Newberry; three daughters, Kimberley Fredrick and her husband, Derek, of Willow Springs; Karrie Wilson and her husband, Robert, of Mountain Grove; and Kasey Endres, of Rogersville; three brothers, Don Newberry and his wife, JoAnn, of Mountain Grove; Jesse Newberry and his wife, Linda, of Lebanon; and Wayne Newberry and his wife, Laurie, of Versailles; three sisters, Diana Creiger and her husband, Mike, of Pleasant Hope; Connie Klund and her husband, Bill, of Jefferson City; and Dana Robertson, of Nixa; eight grandchildren, Tyler Fredrick, Andy Joe Campbell (Dylan), Hunter Fredrick, Alexa Fredrick, Taylor Wilson, Ethan Wilson, Kaylee Endres and Cameron Endres; one great-grandchild, Delkin Campbell; and other relatives and friends who will greatly miss him. Gravesides services for Robert Newberry were held Tuesday, Nov. 17, 2020, at 10 a.m. at Hillcrest Cemetery with Judy Talbert officiating. Burial was in Hillcrest Cemetery under the direction of Craig-Hurtt Funeral Home, Mountain Grove.
