Rev. Alfred “Al” Edwin Robertson

Rev. Alfred “Al” Edwin Robertson, 81, of Hartville. The son of Alfred Zachariah and Jewel (Dickey) Robertson; he was born Sep. 7, 1939 and passed away Jan. 7, 2021. Al married Glenda Robertson on Jan. 3, 1988 and she survives of the home. Also surviving are two daughters, Joyce Krupski and her husband, Eddie, and Tami Robertson, and a son, Terry Robertson, all of Springfield; eight grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; a step-son, Steve Edgerton, of Hartville; two brothers, Richard and James Robertson; a sister, Betty Fuller, of Springfield; along with nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded by his parents; an infant daughter, Vonna; two sisters, Tina and Rose Mary; and two brothers, Coy “Tiny” and Billy. Al was a loving husband, father, brother, uncle and friend; We celebrate his wonderful life and will cherish the many happy memories he created. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the family would be appreciated. Donations can be made through Holman-Howe Funeral Home, P. O. Box 236, Hartville, Mo. 65667.

Services were held on Tuesday, Jan. 12, 2021 at 11 a.m. in the Holman-Howe Funeral Home in Hartville with the Rev. Robert Henry and the Rev. Joe Henry. Musical selections included “Holy Ground,” “Because He Lives” and “Amazing Grace.” Escorts were Harold Moore, Dustin Holder, Brian Holder, James Miles, Jeremy Miles, Nickie Robertson, Marty House and Wyatt Shaver. Honorary escorts were Eddie Krupski, James Henson and James Rhodes. The final resting lace was in the Durbin Cemetery in Hartville.
