Rebecca “Becky’’ Owen, 77, of St. Robert, died Wednesday May 13, 2020, in the University of Missouri Hospital in Columbia.
She is survived by her special friend, Richard “Dick’’ Ousley of Waynesville; three brothers, Lloyd Dillow, Sherman Dillow, both of Pennsylvania and Stanley Owsley of West Virginia, as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
