On Monday, Dec. 13, the Hartville American Legion Auxiliary held the drawing for the Missouri Bicentennial Commemorative Flag Quilt. The winning ticket number was No. 469 bought by Cindy Lawson. Cindy is a high school teacher at Hartville. She was very excited and surprised to hear that she was the winner!
