Patricia Lea (Todd) Odom, July 18, 1944 to January 21, 2022.

Patricia, known by all as Patty or Pat, daughter of Pete and Effie Todd was born July 18, 1944 near Odin in Wright County and departed this life Jan. 21, 2022 at Marshfield Care Center. She grew up in the rural community of Odin and was always proud to say she grew up on the family farm. She attended Dry Branch and New Mountain Dale one room grade schools and graduated from Hartville High School in 1962. Shortly after, she moved to Springfield and began her work career as a “bookkeeper,” always balancing reports to the “penny.” It was there she met Dorse Odom and they were married, Dec. 26, 1966. They had celebrated their 55th anniversary, Dec. 26, 2021. On Aug. 11, 1971 as son, Allen Todd Odom was added to the family. He was her “pride and joy.” Patty enjoyed singing gospel music, bluegrass festivals, reading, genealogy, trap shooting with her dad and buddies, sports, “Go Kentucky” and most of all attending antique tractor pulls with Allen. She was a member of Mentor Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, and a brother-in-law, David Odom. She leaves to mourn her passing, her husband, Dorse; a son, Allen Odom and his wife, Katy, of Seymour; a sister, Marilyn Morris, of Springfield; and a host of relatives and friends. Unfortunately, Dorse passed away on Jan. 27, 2022 from complications of COVID. A memorial service for both Pat and Dorse will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, Feb. 19, 2022 at J.D. Lee and Sons Funeral Home, Rogersville. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Wounded Warrior Project, P.O.
