The City of Mansfield held their annual Christmas Parade this past Saturday, Dec. 5.
Helen Cravens, 90, was this year’s Grand Marshal of the event.
There were free refreshments courtesy of the Weaver Inn Bed & Breakfast in conjunction with the Mansfield Chamber of Commerce on the square. Many area residents lined up on the sidewalks, stayed in their cars or gathered at the square to see the entries in this year’s parade. Winners of the 2020 Mansfield Christmas Parade float contest were Cold Creek Cowboy Church, first place, $200; Mansfield Church of the Nazarene, second place, $150; and First Baptist Church, third place, $100.
