Two individuals with Wright County ties were the recipients of this year’s top awards presented during the Laura Ingalls Wilder Literature Festival Awards Ceremony held on Nov. 4 in Mansfield.
It was a homecoming of sorts for illustrator Chuck Todd as the Norwood native was greeted by some of his past teachers during a ceremony in which he received the Wilder Literature Festival Outstanding Illustrator award.
