The Norwood Lady Pirates dropped a pair of tough games last week to both Eminence and Willow Springs.
Norwood trailed by eight points at the end of the first quarter in their match-up with Willow Springs before being shutout 10-0 before the half.
Norwood would go on to lose to the Lady Bears, 53-18.
Leading the way for Norwood was Cassie Chadwell, who had eight points and had five rebounds. She made one 3-pointer.
Sierra Cornelison picked up a needed six points and four rebounds in the loss. Keyera Cornelison added three points and five rebounds while Cassie Wright scored one point for Norwood.
Against Eminence, the Lady Pirates were unable to get much going offensively in a tough 79-36 defeat.
Eminence jumped out to a 27-7 first quarter lead and led 53-20 at halftime before cruising to the victory.
Chadwell led Norwood with 14 points and seven rebounds while Sierra Cornelison had 13 points and four rebounds.
Keyera Cornelison added five points and 10 rebounds; while both Cassie Wright and Hailey Hall each had two points for the Lady Pirates in the tough home loss.
