Posted

Kristopher Raymond Booth-Jantes, 24, a native of the Pacific Northwest, Seaside/Warrenton, Ore., has sadly passed on approximately Oct. 10, 2021. Kris was born on Dec. 6, 1996, in West Plains, to Briean and Chris Booth. They relocated to Oregon when Kristopher was 6 months old. Kristopher gained an additional parent, Francisco Rubén Jantes, in the early part of the year 2000. Rubén and Kris share a father and son bond that is more than special. Kristopher attended school his entire life in Seaside, Ore., and graduated with his class in 2015. He worked in construction and other jobs until he moved to Missouri in 2019 to be near his Poppa (grandpa), Brad Jones, and for a change of scenery. At the time of his passing, he was residing in the Mountain Grove area. Kristopher loved nature and being outdoors. He was born with “an old soul” and could (and would) talk to anyone he’d come across. He had a smile so bright that it would light up any room. His kind heart, his ability to interact with animals and his soul can never be duplicated. He had passion for basketball, football, creating art, tattoos and anything he could make with his own two hands. However, his first and greatest passion was being a big brother to his four younger siblings. There are no words that can adequately describe his love for them. Kristopher will be lovingly remembered by many family and friends. He is survived by his parents, F. Rubén and Briean Jantes; his three brothers and baby sister, Isaias 21, Ismael 15, Anthony 14 and Alessandra 13. He will also be missed by his Poppa, Brad Jones, of Ash Grove; his father, Christopher J. Booth, of Oregon; and his son, Orin, arriving Jan. 2022; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family members who will miss him. He was preceded in death by his granny, Voleen Toten; and his Aunt Sirena. He is having a celebration of life in West Plains by his Uncle Ferris and Aunt Kim Crawford, along with their children, and additional family members, friends, and his paternal grandmother, Kathy Belbeck. His Oregon family and friends have a Celebration of Life set for him on Oct. 24, 2021 in Seaside, Ore.
