Geraldine Marie Webb, 87, passed away on Nov. 10, 2020, in Springfield. She was born on March 12, 1933, to Calva & Beulah Perkins in Manes. Geraldine attended Hartville High School in Hartville. She was united in marriage on Nov. 12, 1974, to her husband, Nolan Webb. Geraldine enjoyed serving her community with her very own grocery store, Jeri’s Market, in Hartville. She would allow people to charge things and when she closed the store many years later she wrote off the debts that were owed unless the person came in on their own to re-pay. Geraldine also worked at Mansfield Hospital as a nursing assistant. She enjoyed spending time outdoors, caring for her farm animals, quilting, sewing, painting, singing and spending time with her family. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Geraldine accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior at a young age. She was a member of Hartville Assembly of God Church.
Geraldine is survived by her daughter, Tammy Carriger; grandchildren, Missy and her husband, Keith Wollard; Denette and her husband, Tim Lowery; Chasity and her husband, Chad Cromer; and great-grandchildren, Alexia Wollard, Paxton Lowery and Cayda Cromer. She is preceded in death by her parents, Calva and Beulah Perkins; sister, Imogene Keeling; husband, Nolan Webb; and son, Roger O’Dell. There are no formal services for Geraldine. She is laid to rest at Steele Memorial Cemetery, Hartville. Donations in Geraldine’s memory are suggested to Steele Memorial Cemetery, Hartville.
