Archie Leo and Grace Marie Yeley

Archie Leo and Grace Marie Yeley both passed away. Grace’s homecoming was July 21, 2021 and Archies’ homecoming was July 24, 2021 they both passed at Cox Medical Center South in Springfield. Archie was born May 12, 1936 in Polar Bluff, to Hvey and Archie Pearl (Wilson) Yeley. Grace was born Aug. 9, 1939 in Russellville, Ark. to Raymond and Lillie Mae (Remy) Fox. On May 23, 1994, Archie and Grace were united in marriage. This union blended their families, five children from Archie and three children from Grace. Prior to retirement, Archie worked as a truck driver for ABF. He traveled the states truck driving and Grace was always there to greet him with a smile and a hug when he got home!

Survivors include their children, Sandra Hoffman, of Sanar, Calif.; Tina Milam, of Maynard, Ark.; Sherry Yeley, of Stokes, Ark.; Fred Yeley, of Mansfield; LaDonna Dixon, of Dahlonega, Ga.; Debra Littlefield, of Mansfield; Jim Little, of California; and Tim Little, of Canada; grandchildren, Jacquelin, Josh, Aaron, Brandon, Katie, Brooklyn, Christian, Trinity, Leo, Chase, Jacob, Brianna, Joe and his wife Melody, Arlen, Annie, Aaron, James, Wesley and Ashley; 25 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; siblings, Phyllis Johnson, Marty Fox, Linda Maran, Richard Fox, Alfred Fox, Esta Marsh and her husband Kenny and Alvee Fox and his wife Linda; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. They were preceded in death by their parents; Grace’s daughter, Donna; Grace’s son-in-law, Arlen Littlefield, Sr.; Archie’s brothers, Cleo, Gus, Herchel, Henry, Vernon, Jerry and William; and Archie’s two sisters, Geneva Marler and Christian Cartrette. They were loving parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, great-great-grandparents, siblings, family, friends and caring neighbors. We celebrate their beautiful lives and will cherish the many happy memories they created. Services were held at 1 p.m. on Friday, July 30, 2021 at Holman-Howe Funeral Home in Hartville with the Rev. Melvin Moon. Musical selections included “Amazing Grace” and “Old Rugged Cross.” The final resting place was in the Steele Memorial Cemetery in Hartville. Escorts included family and friends.
