Three Wright County CC teams race in Willow Springs

Three Wright County cross country programs participated in the Steve Waggoner Invitational in Willow Springs on Sep. 11.

Mountain Grove
As a team, the Panthers won first place among  the 15, Class 3 and 4 teams with 61 points.
Trece White led Mountain Grove with a sixth place time of 19:40.30 as five total Panthers earned Top-20 finishes.
Max Guilliams was 10th (19:57.90), Skyler Oliphant was 11th (20:09.10), Hunter Bartlett took 17th (21:02.10) and Masen Byerly was 19th (21:13.50).
Other runners included Mason Henry (22:39.10), Trigg DeVries (23:3.90) and Lincoln Zohner (30:33.60).
Two Lady Panthers finished in the top five of the race featuring more than 60 total runners.
Keena Roth was third place with a time of 23:48.10 and Makynli Blackwell had a fourth place time of 24:14.00.
Isabella Garner was 24th (33:37.80).

Mansfield
Leading the Lions in the race among Class 1 and 2 runners was Michael Ivey, who placed 10th with a time of 19:48.80.
Benjamin Williams (24:09.40) also competed.

Norwood
Sadie Kelly led the Lady Pirates in the Class 1 and 2 race with her 17th place time of 28:07.9.
