Two Hartville golfers qualify for state

Hartville golfers Jesse Hughes and Jace Hughes both qualified for the Class 1 state championships.
The Eagles had two golfers qualify for the Class 1 state championships after qualifying past districts.
Jace Hughes earned All-District honors after shooting a 78 to tie for fourth place.
Teammate Jesse Hughes also qualified for state after earning All-District honors with an 84 for 15th place.
Jesse Vestal added a 107, Carson Ragland shot a 129 and Brent Mount sot a 132.
As a team, Hartville golfers combined to shoot a 398 for eight place overall.
Both Jace and Jesse will compete in the Meadow Lake Country Club in New Bloomfield on May 19 and 20.
