Phil Rippee receives Darrell J. Hunter Award

Hartville Propane Owners Phil and Crystal Rippee recently received recognition from the Hartville Area Chamber of Commerce.
Fall Festival
During the recent Hartville Fall Festival, Phil Rippee, owner of Hartville Propane with his wife, Crystal, was recognized by the Hartville Area Chamber of Commerce as the 2024 winner of the prestigious Darrell J. Hunter award.
Rippee is a Hartville native who has been in the propane business for 50 years. He began the business with his father, Jim Rippee, and Hartville Propane has been at its current location of 109 W. Rolla St. for more than 30 years.
Phil has two full-time employees while his wife, Crystal and him are also blessed with seven kids and 20 grandchildren.
Spotlight of the Month
