Masonic Lodge No. 543 makes donations
Mansfield Lodge No. 543 made their annual donation to the Lions Share Backpack Program by raising $3,695. Those funds were sent to Missouri Masonic Home, who has a program called the creating a partnership program that will triple the funds that are raised allowing them to donate a grand total of $11,085 to provide food for school children to take home in the Mansfield School District. Earlier this year during Wilder Days, a breakfast fundraiser was held on the square and $500 was raised. Those funds, as well as the assistance from creating a partnership program through the Missouri Masonic Home, they donated $1,500 to FosterAdopt Connect to be used for the Sammy’s Window Program, a much-needed resource for foster families in our area. The Mansfield Masonic Lodge also donated funds for the purchase of coats for students in the Mansfield R-V School District thanks to the funds raised from the aluminum can drive located behind Town and County Supermarkets in Mansfield in the parking lot of Corder Heating and Air and once again the assistance from creating a partnership program through the Missouri Masonic Home. The Mansfield Masonic Lodge provided $1,401 for the purchase of jackets for 69 children in the Mansfield R-V School District.
