The nightmare road conditions of 13th St. in Mountain Grove appears to be over as Mo-Ark Paving & Asphalt completed mill and overlay work last week from Highway 95 to Hovis St. The smooth asphalt on 13th St. is in place just in time for school to begin in Mountain Grove for the 2026-2027 school year.
