MSHP Crash and Arrest Reports

A pair of Wright County residents were recently injured in accidents as reported in Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP) Crash Reports. A 53-year-old Mountain Grove man was moderately injured on July 30 after his 1990 Freightliner blew a tire. The vehicle went off Highway 60, just one mile east of Mansfield and overturned. He was wearing a safety device and transported by Mercy EMS to Mercy Hospital in Springfield.
On Aug. 2, a 33-year-old Hartville man was driving a 1999 Victory motorcycle on Highway F, seven miles northwest of Hartville. The motorcycle was traveling westbound before it began to slide and overturned.
He was not wearing a safety device and was treated for moderate injuries at Mercy Hospital after being taken there by Mercy EMS.
MSHP arrest report
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a Mountain Grove arrest in its recent arrest reports. Pearlie Davis, a 39-year-old female, was arrested at 6:17 p.m. in Texas County and charged with felony abuse or neglect of a child (two counts) and felony endangering the welfare of a child (second degree).
She was put in Texas County Jail on a 24-hour hold. The above charges are mere accusation and not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
